学校特色：
经由政府的资助所创立的Hogeschool Utrecht (HU)是荷兰第三大应用科技大学，成立于1995年。学校6个系所分布在乌特列支市各处，共有37,000名学生来自100多个国家,例如摩洛哥、中国、尼日利亚、土耳其、比利时、西班牙、法国、德国、喀麦隆、伊朗、加纳等。这个安全、迷人且充满历史的大学城位于荷兰的心脏地带，距离阿姆斯特丹只有30分钟的车程，同时乌特列支市也是米菲的发源地。Hogeschool Utrecht具有强烈的国际焦点：我们与世界各国的大学都有密切的联系，很多都与本校签订了学生与教师交换的协议。

学校提供丰厚奖学金，要求门槛低。分两种

1、入学前申请者只要高中毕业学生GPA75分以上，雅思6分即可获得3500欧的奖学金。

2、入学后，学生只需完成51个学分即可获得3500欧元的奖学金。

9月开始在Utrecht (NL)学习 and 1月开始在Preston (UK)学习，拿双文凭。
课程设置	You will be spending one semester at the Hogeschool Utrecht (Sept.-Dec) and the other semester (Jan.-May.) and research period (June/July/August) at the University of Central Lancashire in Preston, UK. September entrants will be able to complete the programme in 12 months and January entrants will need 18 months. For January entrants there will be a summer break between the first semester (UK) which ends in May and the second semester which starts in the following September (NL).
